For returns, items must be returned within 21 days after delivery and meet their return/exchange requirements to be eligible for a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipment of any/all returned items. The original Shipping/Processing fees are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale, no exchanges or returns. Cash refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if applicable. All sale items, sale events and promotional items are not eligible for a cash refund.

For exchanges, they offer free/easy exchanges for all US customers. Your first exchange is on them! Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days after you’ve received them. You also can add Route Shipping insurance to any order giving you total peace of mind. Route Shipping insurance covers lost, damaged, stolen item(s).
